I first started out by creating the stars in blender and making them a CGI 3D object. I then created a custom shader for them and the text. Then I created the background of this image by creating a custom brush that scattered dots in Procreate. After I finished the background I imported the stars into the image and frame by frame animated the fireworks with a glow brush.
